On Friday, 7PM, I am teaching a class on how to make cheese from scratch. Titled “The Art and Science of Cheese,” this class will explore the whys and hows of successful cheesemaking using simple ingredients and equipment. Specifically, you will learn how to make homemade burrata cheese and how to enjoy this cheese with fresh baked sourdough bread and slow-roasted grape tomatoes.
