Join Carleton freshman, Vayu Maini Rekdal, for a glimpse into how a young boy got so interested in cooking that it became his passion to teach other young people to cook for themselves. Hear his tips for how to keep our kids interested in healthy foods and how to prepare them.
Presenter Vayu Maini Rekdal is the owner of Young New York Chefs, a NYC cookery school, and founder of Firebellies, the first Carleton food club.
